well in kosova(new state -europe) we have rods with reels and without them that are from 3-8 metres not longer ? !
im sure its fun to … im sure its fun to fish like that but id rather use a cane pole on a small boat. or a cheap pole from land. it looks like hes got way to much stuff for just bluegills. and letting them go..
I moved to the … I moved to the States with my fishing gear … People give me a look with that big pole. Mine is not as sophisticated, as this here is the professional match setup. I use a 22ft pole with a solid fiber top which goes rather thin and can bend very easily. That is doing a fine job instead of the elastic and is maintenance free. The rest is in the hands and the feel.

48ft is only 14 … 48ft is only 14 meters, i have a 16m Maver pole which is an extra 5ft longer than that. Pole fishin is awsome. I only use rods when i go pike fishing
