    Sunset Magazine has separate recipe books … they may still have them on their website (or check Amazon.com)

    I own several. Some industry specific books on meat/poultry processing, and on meat /poultry cooking, and seafood processing/cooking, and then separate books also on each category you listed, along with all my other cookbooks.
