Book about people hunting quail with horse hair in raisins?

Im searching for the title of a book. It’s plot includes hunting quail by inserting horse hair into a raisin, so the quail suffocates on them and dies. They then hide the quail in a baby buggy. Any ideas?

I really think it might be Danny by Roald Dahl. Not 100%, but I think that’s it.

And if not Danny, I know its Roald Dahl, and now it’s making me crazy!

    It is a part of Danny, The champion of the World by Roald Dahl. Dahl also wrote an adult version of the quail hunting incident. Even funnier but I can not remember the name of the adult version.
