The rotating handle covers the blade for safety, simultaneously exposing a generous gut hook that’s easy to hold, use and sharpen. Also included in the handle is an aggressive bone saw that locks into place over the 3.75″ drop-point blade. The knife blade and gut hook, constructed of S30V steel, deliver the best combination of edge retention, flexibility and hardness and can be sharpened with conventional stones.
