Ferrel hogs are mean, dangerous, and highly destructive to the farmland. The only problem I have is using dogs to do the work. I’d think that the hunt could go just as well with night vision optics and a good semi-auto.

you have no clue how much damage feral hogs do to crops…we dont have all that many of them but they are starting to tear up the mountains. When the spanish brought them over originally in south america the got loose went feral and spread like wildfire now they can be found all over the country in huge numbers some places more than others destoying crops like i said earlier. How are you supposed to stop an invasive species…Kill it. even tho we cant kill em all we can atleast help

Wild hogs are legal …
Wild hogs are legal to hunt in all counties of my state and there is no limit and I live in one of the most Liberal states in the Union.
They say the eco damage is great from this Euro, non-American species crossbreed and very prolific, crowding out other native species.
I’m thinking… about hunting.
