The not you used to tie the ranger bands onto the key ring, is not a half-hitch, its a cow hitch. half hitch is less reliable. By the way, this is coming from a former scout-master and acomplished sailor, if you like you can look it up in The Ashley Book of Knots for proof

dude ur my latest inspiration i learned about a stove that is really cool for say transporting fire from one camp to another or signal and even cook but not over the open flame its a tin can with very small holes in the middle and near the top filled with sand mixed with gas petrol or any other volatile substance and it will burn great, hot and safe

When putting new …
When putting new bands on a slingshot you should spray the tines with a shot of hairspray. When its wet it acts like a lubricant. When it dries its an adhesive. Ive done it on all my sling shots it works great. Also works good on hand grips for bikes.

O_o I’m with Dave.. …
O_o I’m with Dave… if it takes your target thirty minutes to be affected by an arrow… you may want to consider practicing. I’m not being a jerk I really mean that. When we hunt we should do our best to get the cleanest kill possible. I’ve dropped bucks on the spot with arrows (granted only a few times) so it seems to me that an animal who lives for 25+ minutes after being stuck is an animal that was shot with a poorly placed arrow. Again I’m not trying to be a jerk just giving feedback.
